Structure:

The Rotary Dryer features a rotating drum that moves material through the drying zone, equipped with raising material boards to ensure even heat exposure. The transmission device controls the drum's rotation, while the support system stabilizes it. Seal rings at both ends prevent heat loss and moisture escape. Powered by a heat source (flue gas, diesel, natural gas, or hot air), hot air flows through the drum to dry the material. The discharge system ensures smooth exit of dried material, and optional cooling or screening can be added. This design delivers efficient, versatile drying for various materials.
